Welcome to Treasured Finds by Kelly. These Terms of Service explain the conditions for using our website and purchasing our physical and digital products. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these terms.

Products and orders

We sell products that may include custom apparel and gifts, print-on-demand items, PNG artwork, editable templates, guides, and other digital files. Each product listing describes what is included. Product photographs and mockups represent the intended design, but printed colors may differ slightly from what you see on a screen.

Please review all names, dates, photographs, spelling, sizes, colors, and other details you provide for a custom order. We may contact you if information needed to complete your order is missing. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable, a listing contains a material error, or we cannot fulfill the request.

Prices and payment

Prices may change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Payment is processed through the payment methods offered at checkout.

Physical product delivery

Processing times and shipping estimates are provided in the applicable product listing, at checkout, or in our Shipping Policy. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. If we cannot ship an order within the stated timeframe, we will contact you about your options.

Digital product delivery

Digital products are delivered by the method described in the product listing, which may include a download link or email. No physical item will be shipped for a digital-only listing.

If you have trouble accessing a purchased file, email support@treasuredfindsbykelly.com with your order number so we can help.

Returns, cancellations, and order problems

Our separate Refund Policy explains which purchases qualify for a return, cancellation, replacement, or refund and how to request one. Please review it before purchasing, particularly when ordering a personalized item or digital download.

If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or is materially different from its description, contact support@treasuredfindsbykelly.com with your order number and relevant photographs or details. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable law.

Digital product licenses

Purchasing a digital product grants you the rights stated in that product’s listing or included license document. It does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying artwork, template, text, or other content.

License rights vary by product. Personal use, commercial use, Private Label Rights (PLR), and Master Resell Rights (MRR) are different licenses. You may modify, resell, share, or redistribute a digital product only when its specific license expressly allows that use. If a product includes separate license terms, those terms govern your use of that product.

You are responsible for following the rules of any third-party software, marketplace, or platform you use with a purchased product.

Materials you provide

When you submit photographs, names, logos, artwork, or other materials for a custom order, you confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for us to use them to complete your request. You retain your rights in materials you provide and permit us to use them as reasonably needed to fulfill your order and provide support.

We may decline a request that we reasonably believe infringes another person’s rights or violates applicable law.

Website and content use

You agree to use our website lawfully. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or copy or distribute store content beyond the rights granted by an applicable product license.

Unless otherwise stated, the Treasured Finds by Kelly name, original product images, artwork, text, and other original store content belong to Treasured Finds by Kelly or their respective rights holders.

Third-party services

Our store may use third-party services for payments, downloads, shipping, or other functions. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy practices. Links to outside websites are provided for convenience; we do not control those websites.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service. Any updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Changes will apply prospectively, subject to applicable law and the terms governing existing purchases.
